앱 등록이 안됩니다

콘솔에 앱 정보를 모두 입력하고 앱등록을 하려고 하면

앱 정보를 저장하는 데 실패했어요. (Null key returned for cache operation [Builder[public im.toss.appsintossconsole.application.dto.miniapp.MiniAppReviewResponseDto im.toss.appsintossconsole.application.MiniAppService.reviewMiniApp(long,im.toss.appsintossconsole.application.dto.miniapp.ReviewMiniAppRequest)] caches=[mini_app_builder_record_v3] | key=‘#request.miniApp.miniAppId’ | keyGenerator=‘’ | cacheManager=‘redisCacheManager’ | cacheResolver=‘’ | condition=‘’,false,false]. If you are using named parameters, ensure that the compiler uses the ‘-parameters’ flag.)

해당 에러가 나면서 등록이 되지 않습니다.
그리고 다시 등록을 하려고 하면 이미 사용중인 appName 이라고 나옵니다.
